Due to the custom nature of these branded products, they are not available for return, unless there is a defect or issue with the product. In this case, please contact justin@smithpro.com to discuss the issue and next steps
Shipping
Standard production time is 10-14 business days after the order is placed. All orders will be bagged or boxed by employee name, and shipped to Clarion, to be delivered by your courier thereafter.
